Everything is good, but make sure all TVs can be watched, because the Indovision card is not there, there are also some that have cards but error. And make sure before the guest arrives the room is ready, the pool is clean and also clean from leaves. Thank you

The location is easy to find, entering a small road indeed, but it doesn't matter because it is not far from the highway and can be accessed by car. Spacious parking 👍 for clean rooms, cold AC but for Wifi it is very lacking (slow) maybe the Mbps can be increased so that it can be reached. Direct view of the beach, friendly service. Thank you 🙏

We like to stay in bali santi because of the atmosphere and rooms that I like, but there are some who make disappointed, When breakfast comes to the restaurant there is no greetings, no asking what let alone we sit in silence until some time we ourselves have to ask, several times stay at candidasa area hotels, such as genggong, sagara, geringsing discobery all the services are friendly and standard hotel, yes maybe not all of the restaurant staff are like that, there are also friendly service rooms with the fo, toothbrushes are not provided who want to stay here ready- ready to bring a toothbrush, I like it because the atmosphere and comfort of the room is suitable for me, Hopefully next time staying there again with the family the service is even better.

This hotel is perfect for family holidays who want a quiet atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of the city, the location of the hotel is on the edge of the right beach, there are private and public swimming pools, clean and comfortable rooms, good service and friendly waiters, can enjoy the sunset in the afternoon, Close to Indomaret.

In accordance with the photos installed, satisfying, our room happened to be with the view of the sea all. Sleep with the sound of the waves, romantic and fun for children to swim. friendly service. Very recommended.

Our room is right on the edge of the pool, about a few meters from the beach, it's very nice to stay here, clean rooms, all good, next time will come again.

The place is easy going warm and all the staff are friendly. Food is ok. good taste may be enhanced even more and its variations. Overall good.

I am a Balinese. I was staying here with my family. We rent 4 rooms. When we first arrived, I ask the front office to send someone to bring out stuff to our rooms (which I think is totally normal). Actually, this place has a comfy rooms and beautiful ocean view. But something very small but important really made us disappointed. When 2 ladies who I considered as the room girls were sending us and our stuff, they said something that made all of us bit uncomfortable. Since we as a big family traveling together (including my grandmother), so we brought more than 5 bags. I think the room girls firstly didn’t realize that we are also a local people who 100% understand the local (Balinese) language. They talked about how we brought lot of bags like refugees, which I am sure not appropriate to be said to anybody (especially when we were guests in your place). What we did was just smiling to each other. And next time when we met every hotel staffs we used Balinese language to communicate, so they knew that we knew what they said to us behind our back. I wish it wouldn’t happen to anybody else.

All good just bath tube is not good. There is no enough water to fill it so there is no point to use it

Location and the view are amazing, will visit it again certainly
