Friendly service, clean rooms, easy access.

The shower area was dirty and needed scrubbing, and the toilet bowl was old and stained. Housekeeping entered the room to clean, but the toilet bowl was still dirty when we returned, and no spare toilet paper was left. There were three of us in the room and an extra bed had been ordered, but only one bath towel was provided. We also visited the pool area on the 2nd floor, which was quite messy. Snacks were scattered across the floor, the sofa area was untidy and dirty with food remnants, and we found cigarette ash on the table. we found no one and cared to clean the whole are.

The room is nice, the swimming pool is sufficient, the kids love swimming there.

Glad to choose this hotel because everything is same as the photos. Enjoyed the ambience the most. It's a kid-friendly hotel too, saw many families enjoyed the pool beside the restaurant.

Install a jet shower for washing in the closet and prepare a hose for ablution in the shower so that the water doesn't come out messy.

This hotel is very strategically located, and for the price, it's really good. Upon arrival, I was very impressed with the friendly service. Upon entering the room, the ambiance was pleasant, the air conditioning was very cool, and it smelled good. And what I've been waiting for is breakfast. The menu is very varied, with everything from traditional dishes to international cuisine. But I have one complaint: why does check-in have to be at 3 p.m.? I had to wait so long that I got caught in the rain, wandering around Bandung.

The restaurant menu has been improved, swimming pool facilities and gym equipment have been increased.
