Clean room

No bar, no restaurant, no terrace, no snack bar/deli & no free offsite parking per Expedia’s description. The room provided was inferior to that paid for. Coffee machine provided in the room but no coffee. Room & breakfast area both had grubby floors. Staff were edgy & not particularly friendly which made the atmosphere uncomfortable most of the time. Basic communication only. Very noisy surroundings from very early in the morning, i.e. 4 a.m. All-in-all a disappointment & won’t stay there again.

Great location across the street from the railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. No refrigerator in the room but that is typical French hotel style. Tramway was right there for forays into the city.

Well situated for getting around Le Havre on foot or by public transport. Also convenient for other cities, as it’s near the railway station. The room was quiet and well equipped, but as there is no air-con, it could get quite noisy with the window open. The room was modern but it needed much better floor cleaning. The maids appeared to just sweep some areas and there was quite a lot of dirt accumulated under the desk and bed. This could be a really big problem for people with asthma.

perfect location corner on beautiful main avenue , staff and locals very friendly helpful ...pleasant enviorment , nice downstairs cafe ,,,coffee food ...would go back ...Le Havre beautiful city

The receptionist couldn't comprehend English language. There are problems in the check in procedures, he think the hotel only accept booking from expedia.com. I think after my stay, now he knows bookings can be made possible in hotels.com. The room itself is good, there is no shower room on my floor.

Franchement depuis que je vais à l’hôtel c’est la première fois je vois un hôtel aussi sale. La propreté c’est un gros travail à revoir avec les femmes de ménages . Là chambre était remplie de saleté , trop du bruit pendant la nuit, difficile de dormir la fenêtre fermée à cause de la chaleur .C’est dommage , le service à revoir , une seule personne qui est au four et au moulin, normalement pour elle de ne pas s’en sortir. Une seule personne elle était à la fois réceptionniste, barman et cafetière. C’est inadmissible et pas du professionnel.

Check-in is strictly at 15:00. It took a long time to find our reservation at reception. The room did not have enough towels and shower door. I recommend it only because of the location, close to the train station.

sejour convenable, petit déjeune au top. Chambre relativement grande et lit confortable Salle de bain rien a redire, l'eau est bien chaude propreté également, on entends quand même bien la route et niveau stationnement compliqué, gloabalement satisfait

Très bien accueilli. Cependant le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas alors je suis descendu prévenir de ce problème. On m’a dit quelqu’un viendra… mais personne n’est venu. Les draps ne sentaient pas bon du tout, dommage le lit était douillet. Très peu isolé on entend les chambres du dessus,dessous et à côté. Après pour le prix ça fait l’affaire.

Très bon hôtel , bien situé, bien décoré. Lits confortables. Personnel très Gentil.

Hôtel bien entretenu avec tout le confort nécessaire (bonne literie, TV avec Canal+, sèche cheveux). Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec du bon pain frais. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près de la gare.

Hotel agréable et très bien situé la chambre est conviviale et bien équipée les lits sont confortables mais les coussins malgré leur nombres n ont pas une qualité efficace pour un bon someil

Hôtel très bien tenu. Chambre confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut. J'ai apprécié la nouvelle télé avec Canal plus. Seul problème : impossible de régler le son qui était trop faible (je comprends qu'il ne faut pas gêner les voisins mais c'était vraiment trop faible, merci de faire le nécessaire pour un prochain séjour).

Eu reservei um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal e me foi disponibilizado um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro

Un bon rapport qualité - prix mais des prestations à améliorer : La télé ne marchait pas (le son) dans la 1ere chambre et pas du tout dans la seconde....J e suis donc resté dans la 1ere. Le gel - douche dans la douche pas scellé donc il fallait faire attention aux accidents potentiellement désagréables (contenant lourd et imposant). Un personnel très attentionné par contre et un petit-déjeuner plutôt bon.
