The apartment was a decent stay, and located close enough to Old Town to walk, and that part of our stay was good. I was disappointed that they didn’t provide enough toiletries for our week stay, and when asked, they said they wouldn’t restock. There weren’t any backup toilet paper rolls, so we had 2 small rolls for a week (2 bathrooms in the apartment).

Bright, clean apartment in fantastic location, with grocery and great dining options in the neighborhood. Apartment had good basic amenities and the building was quiet. Old town and transport network a few minutes walk away.

The apparent was clem and nicely layed out but the bed is very uncomfortable as the mattress are very thin and ended up with severe back pain there was no toaster or microwave there

Awful! - 25% ‘tourist’ tax out of the blue - 50% deposit to be returned a week after we left - required to sign a contract written in Polish only - non-existent service - grumpy, unhelpful staff - threats when questions asked - no soap, shampoo anything - linen covering 80% of bed Hotels.com should also take responsibility for such a scam. I am waiting for a refund and apology from both.

Beautifully clean apartment, smooth pick up and check in. Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk to the Main Street. A couple of really good restaurants in the same block.

Only found difficulty with finding/reporting to officially check in. However keys were left so no problem during stay. Lovely place and walking distance to old town. Highly recommend.

We booked a room with terrace and yes, there were doors to the terrace from our apartment, but they were locked and no key in the apartment. I asked them several times to come and unlock them or give us another apartment, but they never did anything about it. I had to call them repeatedly on different numbers just to get in touch with them as they did not pick up the phone or answer text messages on the numbers they provide on the website or at check-in. Also, when we paid for the cleaning fee, tourist tax etc at check-in with cash, because they said they only took cash for these mandatory services, they did not have change, so we basically had to pay almost 30zl extra as we did not have the exact amount they requested and they never gave us back the money. The room itself was nice and is in a good location, but as all the doors and windows required a key, which they could not provide, we were left with one exit, the main door, which is presumably a violation of the fire codes. So if you want to be in a good location, with a room that looks like these pictures with paper thin walls, where if you talk at normal level, the people next door hear your every word, and fancy living in a potential death trap and pay extra for services never rendered and where the staff you'll encounter have zero interest in helping you with getting what you've paid for and they've promised, press: Book now! If not, find somewhere better. Should be easy enough in Gdansk.

Accomodation was modern quiet, securr and close to the centre.

Pros- *walking distance to town centre *good local cafes and minimarts *quiet at night *new and modern feel Cons- *Paid for breakfast was strangely lost *staff where uninterested and unhelpful *Toilet seat was broken and despite reporting, remained broken. On the whole only minor grumbles and cheap so did not start with high expectations.

Construction from the building across the street start daily at 5 am, until 7 pm, even on weekends. Unbearable noise and dusty environment. This should be brought to the attention of people at the time of booking. .also, apartment wasn't clean as it should be. Staff very rude. .dishwasher wasn't working, few lights were out.fan in bathroom didn't work. apparently, they don't care about maintenance. .after many visit to their office. .they finally fixed the problem 11 days after I checked in. .was impossible to get a good night sleep from the noise from construction from across the street building. .I'm very disappointed. .I thought Expedia usually check out the properties before they posted on their website.

Modern, clean, Close to things to do. Customer service was excellent.

Cheap and convenient with easy access to Gdansk. The old town is 5 minutes walk and the airport 15 minute taxi ride. Easily arranged through website. This is not an hotel. It’s appartments of varying sizes from one bed on. There are three small independant Restaurants on site which are very good for quick breakfasts etc. My rating of ‘hotel’ staff, facilities, cleanliness and comfort reflects the reality that this is an apartment block so you rent and sleep.
