Small local hotel very friendly. Very clean. Close to downtown and the beach.

The gardens are beautiful. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the garden. Passages and balconies very pleasant. Nice location.

It was nice, clean, the staff was very kind

There is no air conditioning, which I knew before we went, but I was assured the evenings there are very comfortable. However, the rooms are hot, no matter what and you can’t really leave your window open because of the lack of privacy that would result. So the room was really very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, the rooms were very outdated and not in good repair The breakfast was pretty good and everybody we dealt with there was very friendly and helpful

Very nice little hotel with the colonial style, the location is great, the staff is great, definitely I will recommend to stay in this little gem in the heart of Antigua.

The hotel ground is nicely decorated with lots of plants and flowers. Also the rooms are ok. However the bathroom has mold at the window.

Beds are super comfortable, clean rooms, nice little courtyard. No breakfast served the first 2 days, and rooms were hot!

It was a pleasure staying here. It would be nice if they had a complimentary hair dryer and air conditioning for the summer months. However it was the first two weeks of November so aircon wasn’t needed. The price was right and I would consider staying again.

Nos quisieron cobrar un impuesto por uso de calles y banquetas de 25 quetzales por persona. Fui a investigar y me dijeron que no era cierto. Eso no me gustó. Aprivecharse

Hotel is walking distance from restaurants, market, Central Park. The room needs to be updated - bed and mattress should be replace asap - bathroom really really old

Me encanta este hotel! En esta oportunidad, mi unico comentario es que habia mosquitos en los cuartos, deben fumigar o poner plaquitas de Baygon en los cuartos. Adicionalmente, por hacer la reserva en Expedia, y no en la pagina directa del hotel, no se pudo hacer uso de la piscina del hotel.

Loved my stay the only issue I had was a very strong smell of sewer coming from a sparkling clean bathroom! Staff came and cleaned again with Clorox which masked some of the smell Loved the area, people and very friendly staff
