The room was very small, walls dirty, find hair on bed . Total mess. Seat all night and left early morning. Paid for two nights . Terrible experience.

Safe, convenient, and very walkable.

The rooms don't have their own bathrooms. They're in the hall. Buthe there are sinks in the rooms for most grooming needs. There is no food service in the hotel, but there are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks radius. There is a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. Ithink a microwave would have been helpful.

It is clean, nice staff, but rooms are very small and not much room for open the luggage and place clothing.

Hotel is in bad conditions bed is bad every time I move make hard noise not confort to sleep the neighbor was sick I can hear every time he cough I can’t sleep everything was in bad condition even the save box didn’t work bc was broken, the only great part is they storage our bags so this part I appreciate a lot since we can explore the city free this was the best part

Very well located,on a quiet side street, right beside metro station for airport .Property need a little updating and a fresh coat of paint.Bring earplugs as walls are very thin.

Horrible. Valencia is an expensive city, but whatever you need to pay to stay somewhere else, do it. Other than a convenient location, there is nothing to recommend here. cramped, shoddy, run-down, and LOUD.

The room smelled like feet, the elevator only available at check in I had insect sting after only two nights, no one was at the reception when I wanted to give them the key

The Best thing about this property was the central city location and ease of getting transport between the Hotel and Valencia Airport . The worst thing was that the Room did not have a kettle , cups or basic cutlery which has never happened to me before on wherever i have stayed over my lifetime , on discussing this with other guests the lack of these seemed mainstream in all rooms

I am waiting for a response back for the refund. I didn’t stay at this place as the picture was not as it was in real life. I am waiting back! Very disappointed

The front desk staff were frustratingly friendly. The wifi did not work and the A/C unit was on the fritz - it sounded like a baseball card in bicycle spokes. The last day there was no hot water. But the front desk staff were friendly and claimed no knowledge of the issues … the location was central though. Transferred to another hotel the last night which was profoundly better at a lower price. Would not recommend.

On the plus side, very convenient location, polite and helpful staff, free drinking water, mini fridge in the room. Minuses - bad smell, uncomfortable bed pillows, everything looked very old.

Starting with an ideal location(very central), good WiFi connection, good AC, and one friendly staff; aside from this we suggest to Avoid it!! Starting with the main point this is a Hostel not a hotel. *horrible smell of sewage all times at the main entrance (inside the immediate entrance as outside the smell is clear and fine). *noise all day/night, 2am, 3am, 1pm, 4pm. We could hear people walking, banging the doors, showering, talking, and our room was the very last one by the wall. The noise came also from the staff themselves, “unaware” that guests were trying to rest, sleep or just get on enjoying a quiet time. *we took a private room with its own shower, yet the bathroom is way too small, standing shower between a column and a shower head that kept falling, toilet sits also giving trouble not staying up. *lack of proper pillows. *tv only in Spanish, no news or movie channels we could enjoy(English).

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of checking in. The room had rust all over the bathroom the hallway had paint cans left in it the wall across from my room had just been plastered and left unpainted and the smell of bleach was so strong my eyes were red and burning (you would think the room was clean from that it wasnt our sheets were also dirty) As if that wasnt bad enough. My boyfriend and I found the 2nd floor bathroom and the 1st floor bathroom were flooded. Water was literally streaming from the light fixture which was still on. For obvious health and safety reasons we left at 2 am and had to find another place to check in. We went back the next day to demand a refund becasue the # for the emergency line they had wasnt working. They refused our refund even though we were not staying there because they "fixed" the issue. Absoluetly disgusting.

Well it’s right there by the classic train station. They are super nice. Good beds. Bring earplugs. Walk . Don’t rent a car here.

The man on reception is lovely. Very helpful. Hostel is close to Station and main atractions.

One night in a simple affordable hotel near the train station. I was looking for a place to get a good night's sleep during my travels to South of Spain, and found this hotel just right for my needs. Good price quality ratio.

Not a hotel but a dirty filthy stinking noisy hostel, only stayed 1 night although paid for 3. You should not be recommending this place
