Great place

Amazing stay. Clean. Upgraded to top floor suite. Staff and valet parking was absolutely amazing.

We moved here after a bad experience at another hotel. They could not have been more accommodating! The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and the staff was so helpful. Would stay here again and again!

Room suites were extremely comfortable. Multiple complimentary breakfast choices and expansive seating area. Only complaint about the room was that the tv was secured to a desk always facing the bed, so watching from the sitting area of room wasn't an option.

Everyone was so friendly! The free breakfast was excellent!! Everything was so clean!

AC did not keep the room cool needed to be repaired

Loved the location with easy access to free street car for sightseeing and dining options.

Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I was disappointed that the resturant was not open to the Courtyard visitors and only included for the Residence visitors. That made the avaialbility of food very limited to only what was offered by the Starbucks in the hotel.

We were within easy walking distance to the Kauffman Center.

Valet was not good. Couldn’t find out car multiple times. Other then that it was good

Clean rooms and very personable staff. A great hotel! Very walkable to restaurants.

Highs and lows over the weekend however, Ill focus on a high! I wish I could remember her name, but the valet person I had Friday afternoon when I arrived and when I left Sunday morning was amazing! Happy cheerful and just made you smile! She even remembered my name this morning and she did not work yesterday. Of all the valet people over the weekend she was bar far the best! The others-ok! The lows and frustrations were directed straight to cooperate.

Staff was extra accommodating when a storm hit and flights for many of the people staying here were cancelled. Could not have been more helpful and flexible, even snow made them short staffed. Very close to the convention center, room is large and clean and well-stocked. Would absolutely choose this hotel again when visiting Kansas City

Hotel room was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a bit deficient and we had limited hot water which may have been due to being on the 8th floor. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both hot and cold foods. There weren’t enough staff present though to keep the tables clean and most guests cleaned their own tables.

Wonderful stay. Relaxing, nice change of pace. See add knowledgeable and professional. Cost free streetcar very close by, so convenient!
