Very friendly welcome . Lots of parking , free breakfast . Comfortable bed . Good location for travelling . Didn’t like the curtain set up - didnt keep the early morning sun out .

This is a good hotel. The pool is closed and looks to have been closed for years. The beds clean and comfortable. A smart tv ao we srreemed some shows. Its a 15 min drive to most everything. There is no air conditioner.

A 4 star level 3 star hotel. Basic accommodations, so if you require spa services and pampering move on. But for a decent place to sleep, excellent breakfast in a bright space, professional 24/7 staff, ok basic dinner options, and if priced lower than the fancy places, I definitely recommend staying here. There is a lovely walking path, about a mile and a half, to a train station that takes you right into Neufchâtel. Water in the room? Yes via the tap into paper cups. Soundproof? Forget it. Fan in the bathroom? Not exactly. Frig and microwave? No. Comfy bed, desk and closet space, nice housekeeping staff, everything you basically need? Yes! If you like to shop at Ikea instead of Neiman Marcus you will like this place. I will return.

It was a quiet property with convenient parking.

Very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and professional. Considering alternative prices this hotel was excellent value. Car rental is important as taxis are very expensive.

Good hotel, close to highway, but nice and quiet, pool, clean, very convenient for business. Recommendable.

Perfectly serviceable. But the “restaurant” was just over-priced microwave meals from behind the bar. And there was no atmosphere anywhere.

Comfortable, clean, good location, good staff

The hotel staff were wonderful. Lovely people. However the fact that there is no tea and coffee facilities is extremely poor as well as having no fridge. We had trouble finding the place as you do Not have the correct address on your paperwork.

Nice hotel in a convenient location next to motorway

Was perfect for a quick overnight stay. It was basic, but new, very clean, crisp bedding, clean bathroom in good shape. Nice breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful woman working the breakfast room. Would stay again.

A good value for the money. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Definitely not luxury - toilet feels like a janitorial closet but we're not aiming for perfection. Beds were wonderfully comfy. We were first given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and asked for a different one. We were given a new room which was clean and met our needs well. Please note that breakfast is not included in the rate.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Wunsch nach einem ruhiges Zimmer wurde erfühlt. Das Bett war bequem, nur die Kopfstütze war nicht verstellbar. Nach dem Hochzeitsfest 2:30 Uhr konnten wir an der Bar noch einen Drink nehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl (Baguette, Croissants, Käseauswahl, Fleischaufschnitt, Früchte, Gemüse, Eier, Müsli, und der Kaffee aus dem Thermos war überraschend gut. Das Personal bietet auf Nachfrage verschiedene Kaffeearten an und geht dabei gerne auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Die Lage spricht für eine erneute Buchung.

Très bien

Mitten in der Nacht stieg eine Mega-Party im Nebenzimmer. Schlafen war leider nicht mehr möglich. Niemand von der Rezeption hat eingeschritten.
