It was nice but the room did smell of smoke

Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for.

Basic accommodation but the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

An enjoyable stay & a very comfortable bed to sleep in, 😴 really recommended this place to stay & convenient to many locations

Great stay. Better than expected and excellent price.

Much better than I thought. Even complimentary coffee and tea in the bar area. Well worth the price!

Clean everything, AC that works properly, water from cold to steamy hot. Other not so “budget” hotels always fail at one of these

The bed had to be the most uncomfortable put of all beds. We stayed at a tein room number 19 on the ground floor. I woke up with back pain as the bed was dipped on the side and the springs was not even.

I stayed on Xmas eve. Night the lad on reception remembered me from my last stay (the lad that had holiday inn cancel on his wedding day that’s who’s writing the review I hope your well mate ?) The gent on reception was a top lad really friendly really professional great to have chat with the guy was clearly busy but he gave me his time for a friendly conversation which goes a long way in my book I was really really happy with his customer service I was happy with the room the cleanliness of the room the cleanliness of the bed great shower power and an all around great stay my only regret is I didn’t stay another night ahh oh well next time I’m in Leicster I’ll stay that extra night to fully recharge my batteries also this hotel has parking straight outside and a petrol / service station it’s really convenient also right on the M way
