The service is very friendly.

A good hotel in the city center, but the room and bathroom were very unclean, with cobwebs on the ceiling. The swimming pool was also unclean. The facilities were very complete, but poorly maintained. The elevator also needed maintenance. The price was very affordable.

This was my first stay here. The room was quite spacious and still okay, although the TV wasn't smart. There's a swimming pool in the center of the hotel. If you want to explore the Old Town area, it's just a 5-minute walk.

The staff was friendly. When they cleaned my things, they didn't tidy them up. Is it the procedure to not tidy them up? I'm not sure, so my things were in the same position as when I left the room. Overall, it was very good.

Overall the assessment is good, but for the cleanliness of the hotel area I think it is still lacking, for example there are still unused bed covers stored in the hotel corridor... There should be cleaning staff so they always clean the hotel corridors.... The elevator is also sometimes wet because visitors who have been swimming enter the elevator, causing puddles of water in the elevator and the hallway floor is also wet.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold, and the air inside was stuffy and smelly. As for the mirror behind... it was dirty, not up to hotel standards.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable for resting, the bathroom is clean, overall good.
