My room’s key card didn’t work multiple times, and only on the last day they realised that they needed to change the battery on the door. I had requested a double bed when I booked, but when I checked in, the room with a double bed wasn’t available, and I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to prepare.

Delicious food, friendly staff, adequate bathrooms, and a strong Javanese atmosphere. Close to our facilities. It's a pleasure to be able to walk around comfortably. The heat of Semarang overcomes my curiosity and inquisitiveness. I'm a fan of Horison throughout Indonesia.

As usual, I have been a regular guest when going home. So it feels homey. There are shortcomings.... of course. But it is still tolerable. Check the condition of the room facilities such as the refrigerator, thermos... Maybe it needs maintenance or service, if it is replaced it might be too expensive.. The shower drain might be clogged so it is not smooth. I happened to be on the 7th floor.

first time trying this hotel, and I will not come back again. first impression when entering the room is the room is small with a price that is not cheap, the bathroom smells very bad. but I did not complain because I still appreciate the housekeeping there. 1 day before CO I requested to extend the day because of urgent needs, FO said there were rooms available even though the traveloka application was full and FO had confirmed that I could extend. the next day at 11.35 I was called by a different FO and said that I had to check out because the room was FULL and there was a miscommunication with the FO on duty yesterday and I could not extend because the room was FULL. if it was FULL why did the FO on duty the previous day confirm my extension request? Something like this already seems unprofessional. for a hotel price that is not cheap, it is better to choose another hotel with better facilities. the friendliness of the staff is also not like other hotels that are always friendly, the food in the room service is delicious. that's the only plus point of this hotel.

Best hotel in Kota Lama, value for money in terms of location and rooms. It has all 3+ stars facilities like an indoor swimming pool, restaurants, etc. Just walking distance to Kota Lama.

Alhamdulillah, the location is close to everywhere, even if you want to eat out, there are lots of snacks, swimming pool facilities, cheap hotel food but the taste is extraordinarily classy, friendly staff. 3 days of memorable stay at the old city horizon 🙏🏻
