The room is very spacious and minimal. However, there is no tissue in the bedroom and slippers. If there were, it would be perfect.

This is my second time staying here. The room is clean and modern style, nice to stay.

This is our second year staying here. The first time was in May and this time we came. The staffs are as good as ever. It is near the entrance of Maha Lab Chiang Mai. There are many food options nearby. It is very convenient. The bed is good. The room is spacious. The staffs at the counter are friendly and give good advice when there is a problem.

First time in Chiang Mai, very impressed. The accommodation was better than expected. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. 😊

Good price, good location, but the room is old, the door is hard to open and close because the door panel is falling off. For the same price, there are better places.

Everything is good. The room smells clean. Every room has private Wi-Fi. Very impressive. The room is big, the floor is clean, the towels and sheets are very clean. But I came alone and asked for a big bed, but got a double bed. It may be my fault that I chose the wrong one, but I slept very well. I woke up and had breakfast, which was enough to fill me up. 10/10

Very delicious. The restaurant is very clean. The bedroom is very large. Very peaceful and quiet.

The room is very big and not far from the community. The entrance may be a bit small but it is close to the market in front of the university.

The service is very good for the budget hotel. Almost all is available including mineral water. The space is big enough and clean.

Quite amazing for the budget hotel, they even have the body lotion. Just the location is not very near to the town but easily reach by grab.

The view of the abandoned house behind gave me goosebumps all the time. Overall, it was okay.

ดีมากๆค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างมากกกก หมอนนุ่มมากกก ห้องหอมไม่เหม็นอับ อาหารมีให้ทานหลากหลาย ขนาดลงมาเกือบ 10 โมงยังมีอาหารให้พร้อมทาน กลับมาพักซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ

คุ้มราคา ห้องใหญ่ มีอาหารเช้า พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างดี ติดต่อได้ตลอด ข้อเสียเพียง1อย่างคือ ได้ยินเสียงตอนเครื่องบินจะลงจอด รบกวนการนอนนิดหน่อยแต่โดยรวมถือว่าดี และไม่มีโกสค่ะ

Sesuai nama ya “premium budget hotel” penekanan pada “budget” hotelnya. Hotel ini cukup nyaman, ruangan spacious, bersih, shower kencang dan lokasi dekat dengan pasar malam (jalan kaki 10 menit). Dengan harga murah dapat breakfast sederhana juga, tapi saya beri 4.5 (dari skala 5) karena internet pernah mati separo hari padahal ada pekerjaan. Selain itu, hotel ini cukup recommended untuk yang mau ke Chiang Mai dengan budget kecil.

จองห้องแบบรวมอาหารเช้า พนักงานแจ้งว่าอาหารเช้าบริการ 07.00-10.00 น. แต่ปรากฏว่าลงมาตอน 09.00 น. พนักงานแจ้งว่า ข้าวต้มหมดแล้ว ขนมปังปิ้งหมดแล้ว สรุปคือไม่ได้ทานอาหารเช้าเลยครับ ต้องออกมาทานร้านข้างนอก พยายามเข้าใจว่าลูกค้าที่จองห้องแบบรวมทานอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเยอะ แต่โรงแรมควรบริหารจัดการดีกว่านี้ เช่น การเช็คจำนวนบุคคลที่เข้ารับประทานอาหารในตอนเช้าหน้าเคาเตอร์ก่อนเข้าห้องอาหาร เพื่อที่จะได้รู้ว่าเหลืออีกกี่คนที่ยังไม่ได้ลงมาทานอาหาร ถ้าอาหารใกล้จะหมด จะได้เตรียมเพิ่มได้ทัน แต่ห้องสะอาดเรียบร้อยดีหมดครับ

The entrance is quite deep. Can't walk out at night because it may not be safe It is recommended that you have a car or motorcycle for convenience. If it's late at night, there aren't any shops open. The closest is behind CMU. The room felt a little expensive. There are two kinds of breakfast. namely bread and rice porridge The bathroom had a slight smell. The room was clean and the staff were polite.
