The service is quite friendly and responsive, and when there are problems, they immediately take action. Unfortunately, the TV in my room isn't a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi only works for a short time, but the rest is difficult to use. But overall, it's okay.

Staying at Gets Hotel is the right choice because the location is easy to reach & still in the Malang City area.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were able to swim at night. The water wasn't too cold. The room was quite spacious. Clean. Comfortable.

The superior room, with a request for the top floor, was very satisfying. It had two windows, providing plenty of natural light. The room was neat and spacious, with complete amenities and cool air conditioning. The lighting made the room look luxurious. The only issue was that the glass light in the bathroom seemed to short-circuit on the second day (it flickered). The food in the restaurant was mediocre. It could be improved. The staff were all friendly.

I stayed at Gets Hotel Malang and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was neat, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, especially near the pool. The room amenities were quite complete, including a TV. However, there were a few inconveniences during my stay, such as the cable TV signal frequently dropping out, a desk lamp that shorted out, and the hot water in the shower not working. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative in assisting and responding to complaints, which went a long way toward making up for the shortcomings.

The location, room and staff are really good.. if you eat, it's also okay.. only the WiFi often doesn't connect.. if you want to work, it's a bit of a hassle.. you have to prepare your own tethering to be safe.. but overall it's fun to stay there

The Wi-Fi is terrible, let alone the water heater. There's never any hot water. Paying a lot to extend and upgrade rooms, with promises of better facilities, is a lie.

I booked a deluxe room, but the room's Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. I've complained three times, but nothing has been fixed. The Wi-Fi in the lobby is fast.
