Stayed 5 nights in Mediterrani, with adult daughter. Perfect for us, lovely & clean. Great location, lots of restaurants & bars nearby but quiet too. Would definitely stay again although would probably opt for top floor apartment so less disturbance from heavy footed neighbours above!

The location was great. All the amenities it said it was gonna have it did beach bag in beach towels were great help. The place was very clean and cute and the communication was quick and helpful. Would definitely come back there.

Lovely suite in a fantastic building with a perfect location. Everything was comfortable and clean, with some lovely little touches -- like the bottle of wine and free oranges. Weirdly the reception area was more like a hostel than a high-end apartment complex, possibly because they're going for a friendly and personal touch, with photos of the guests and so on. Elva, the owner/manager, was absolutely lovely -- great communication and she couldn't be more helpful. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Second time we stayed (first was in 2019) Very lovely stay, was in communication with the property before we checked in and Elva was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice building in a very nice area, very nice communication. Adequately furnished and equipped, beds are too soft for my gusto, but... Good value for money!

Can Blau was a perfect stay while in Palma. I was only there for one night and sadly it was raining while in Palma, but Can Blau was the perfect, cozy place to rest and explore the beautiful streets of historic Palma. Elva made our check in easy and she was so kind. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Palma!

Had the BEST stay at Can Blau. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Although reception is not manned all the time, Elva responded within minutes for any queries. The pool area was wonderful - could not have done without our cool down after a day out and about

Fantastic place to stay. I could not have loved it more and would gladly recommend it to friends and stay there again if I'm ever back in Palma.

Great area to stay in Palma. The apartments are right on a nice square. We had a car which was a little difficult to navigate the small streets in Palma. The manager came and joined us in the car to help us drive to the parking garage which was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine!

Wonderful kind host, Elva made he stay very pleasant. We had everything we plenty of privacy. Unit was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent central location with amenities nearby. Elva couldn’t have been more welcoming. Property had everything you could have needed. Only downside was our property was based next to front door which was a little noisy with other guests coming and going

We booked for New Year 2019 there was a mix up in the booking - double booked but the owner was v apologetic and swift to resolve. We ended up in the ground floor room which wasn’t quite what we’d expected or paid for, however it was clean and well equipped. The owner left wine and biscuits for us (lots of nice touches). The location isn’t great - red light district basically and lots of down and outs hanging about. At the same time there other nice buildings and restaurants close by so perhaps the area is on the up. Didn’t bother us unduly. At the end of the day it was a good price, nicely converted building with lovely owners.

Really lovely apartments. The comms with Evra before we went were fab and Ileana was very friendly and welcoming when we got to the apartment. The apartment was great - well equipped, with lovely little touches like a complimentary bottle of water and wine when we arrived as well as oranges and lemons grown locally, which you could take from the basket in the foyer. We were even left a little bag of biscuits on the second day. The apartment is located centrally with some good restaurants around the corner - try Raimundo Burger. Would highly recommend Can Blau Homes.
