If All you need is a place to crash at night , then this is the place for you . The bed was relatively comfy , bathroom clean ( no shower curtain though ) . The biggest problem was the huge amount of tiny ants invading the room .. and they had to treat it with pesticides so it smells .

Generally ok. Would be well if there is more lighting in the room. The gay at the reception (the male gay) was rude with us when he asked for an additional 88 dhs for what he called taxes because we booked the reservation via Expedia.

The property was well maintained, but a bit old, that was no issue what so ever. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

not happy I py everything by my Credit card. wen I come to hotel they asked me to py again 220Dh wen I asked him wy he see for taxes, not nice hotel ,hot water have to wait very long

The hotel is VERY OLD, dirty and very nosy. It’s not safe area. Bathroom is dirty and bed is not comfortable. I would not recommend to stay there.

Very rude staff-too much noise on the street- this is not even 1 star hotel- The young lady at the front desk was nice. How come that the main entrance gets locked at night. I booked for 4 nights but I just stayed for only one night- It's not worthy at all to book there no joke. However, there is nice breakfast but the quality of the room the location are horrible. The old guy at the front desk was extremely rude & kakki.

The room is very small. Thère's no bath. The room isn't clan thé lady how works tjrs les thé guarbage in thé room and she didn't clan even she didn't change thé cover.

I love hotel coulise was great experience the people was great.i like area was really nice .the bed was so comfortable I miss it lol.i will definitely recommend somebody go there honestly. The rate of hotel was best ever have.Thanks

The hotel was in a good location near all there is to see. Safe area. Breakfast was not big but for Morocco normal size of hardboil eggs and bread.

The worst experience during my Morocco trip. I booked the quadruple room with 2 king beds and 1 single bed. I was not provided with the room booked instead they gave me a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed which did not accommodate the party of 5 i had. They were refusing to refund the money nor give me an additonal room to accommodate our group. Once we checked in there was NO ELECTRICITY for 5 hours meaning no AC in the room. To make matters worse they had the audacity to charge us extra hotel fee per person regardless of all the inconvenience they caused us. Expedia should not be working with such businesses and im requesting for a refund for this very unpleasant experience.
