Great location to everything Verbier. Clean, comfortable - breakfast and parking included. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a 4 day ski trip. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel runs shuttles frequently to and from the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were ready good! Great stay!

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.

We made a last-minute decision to go to Verbier and found this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast has many different choices and is included. The hotel bar is very roomy and the couches are extremely comfortable! The drinks are also very generous and yummy. The shuttle are so fast and everyone was so friendly and informative. The ski lockers were very convenient. Love the town and the hotel was so close to everything. The only negative is the hot tub is indoors and very steamy. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

My friend & I stayed two nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it! It’s in a perfect location...central to everything, the private, complimentary (and very prompt) shuttle service was definitely appreciated too, especially after a long day of skiing! They also took care of every single request we had, including making last minute dinner reservations at one of the best restaurants in town — they were always so nice and accommodating. The manager even went way out of her way and helped me lug my suitcase across the square to make our bus in time the day of our departure, which is not something you see very often with hotel staff, even at the smaller boutique hotels. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay here while visiting Verbier!

Le Vanessa should be awarded a 5th STAR for the staff kindness and professionalism. They made verbier a place worth visiting. I only wish they could make breakfast more diversified we stayed a week and we could have enjoyed a small change in the breakfast buffet.

Very loud in the morning

Great hotel. Great location. They have a courtesy mini bus service which is amazing. You let them know what lift you want to go to and they run you there. Also, if you want to go out in the evening they will drop you at your chosen restaurant. When you are done with your day/evening just give them a call and they come and pick you up. Fantastic service.

Last minute trip to meet friends. Hotel was in a good location, friendly staff, overall good place to stay.
