Beautiful hotel. Central location. Access to the central city. Wonderful, charming UNESCO world heritage city.

Beautiful, restored hotel. Loved the location in the center of Ubeda. Near good restaurants. Good bed. Quick in-and-out valet parking. We only had one issue ....cold to lukewarm water in the shower. The hotel offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer, but they were very accommodating.

Outstanding hotel. I can’t understand why they do not have a “Fabulous” rating. Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Worth every star.

We had a wonderful stay - which was only supposed to last one night. But the city and hotel were so impressive we decided to stay two more nights.

Hotel Palacio de Ubeda was a wonderful stay. Perfectly located to all around the area - walkable city. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted us when required. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel and staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable so had a great night’s sleep.

The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful historic town - within a very short walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely - well appointed, spotlessly clean large bedrooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and it was great to have waiter service not the usual buffet style experience. A minor improvement would be in room tea and coffee making facilities which are generally the norm for this standard of hotel. But overall it was a great place to stay - highly recommended and Ubeda is a real delight.

Not what I expected - dirty carpets, old facilities, dated spa...it is not 5 star

Our request for two single beds had been ignored. At breakfast we were ignored for about 15 mins.

Instagram Hotel - this hotel looks good on the surface but is nowhere near a 5 stars hotel. Attention to details caracterizes 5 star hotels (staff, rooms, etc), in The palacio Ubeda, hangers are branded ‘Mango’ (fast fashion brand): this is just an example. It does not prevent a good night sleep, but do not expect services of a 5 stars.

One night stop here on a 2 week driving tour of Andalucia. Excellent service from the minute we walked through the door. Bags taken to our room whilst checking in. Valet car parking too. Spacious room with free standing hot tub, separate rain shower wet room, and a fancy toilet that washes and blow dries you!! Went for a dip in the roof top pool and it was very cold (it is October after all) Paid for the use of the thermal spa and have to say highly recommended. Didn't eat in hotel, rather we went to the selection of tapas restaurants with street dining on road adjacent to the hotel. Had a lovely wander around the town in the vending, you can pretty much see all there is to see in an hour. All in all highly recommended.
