Rooms are very clean. The location is amazing and the city mall is on walking distance. The service is amazing, our child needed milk. We got milk for free and they heated it up. Water, coffee and tea are for free and as much you need. Very friendly host and amazing place to stay. Cots are available for free. The rooms were just ok and the wifi did not work at all. The lift uses the key card which never worked. Overall the experience was just satisfactory.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were super clean, modern, and well soundproofed. The only concern was that our room lacked a wardrobe. There were a few hangers for clothes, but no way to store belongings out of sight or keep a large suitcase open.

If you need a great simple place in the center of town to sleep for the night, this is perfect! We were close to everything and were able to walk everywhere. The palace gardens were just across the street. The gentleman at the registration desk was friendly and helpful. He spoke English to assist our limited broken German. The room was simple, and just what we needed for a stop over for the night.
