What a lovely find! We booked last minute and mainly chose the hotel from the positive reviews. Good location, free parking and very spacious room. They don’t do breakfast but there is a fridge and they also provided porridge pots which was a lovely touch. Good quality tea & biscuits too! We would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again would stay again.

Hot day and no fan in room. Bed was uncomfortable.

On arrival, there was no one at the reception, there was no communication on how to get the key, there was no one on the supposedly 24hr phone, and I ended up sleeping on a coach in the lobby. no refund so far

Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford.

Arrived in the evening so the reception was about to close but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect, affordable, lovely location. Spotless hotel, so cosy modern and light. Lovely welcoming host. I couldnt find fault. Comfortable, memorable stay, i would happily stay there again.

My room was spotless, bed very comfortable and whilst arrival seemed odd the member of staff who greeted me was polite and helpful. They do not provide catering, which is not an issue unless you want a cooked breakfast. There is a breakfast box in the room with fruit, danish pastries and instant porridge pot which not being a breakfast person was fine. Dinner can be obtained at a pub 1 minute walk from the hotel. As a business trip stopover a good place to saty
