Les marchés d’escalier dehors devraient être réparées. Sinon, tout etait tres bien

Les chambres sont très fonctionnelle. Elle se transforme en espace repas et salon avec les deux lits qui sont escamotables. La seule chambre qui est différente est la suite (seule chambre qui n’a pas la vue sur le lac). Les autres chambres ont toute vue sur le lac. La vue est magnifique!!

I went there only for sleeping, I didn’t have the time to use the pool and the spa, so I cannot judge those amenuities. The restaurant was OK; I had better meal elsewhere and it was not cheap. My appreciation is base on a dine the first night and breakfast on the last morning. At the time Î was there they were having some construction, but it doesn’t bother since I was away for the day

Great hotel on the lake! Joalain was wonderful at check-in and later at the bar. The room was clean and the view was amazing!

Room in great condition; staff amazing! Beautiful site! The beds can be turned into a sofa and a table but this required additional fees to be activated. Quite frustrating as we had to sit on beds.

Merveilleux endroit,bien situé, accueil professionnel avec présentation des règles pour l’endroit. Arriver à la chambre d’une propreté sans reproche et une magnifique vue sur le lac. Au repas de soirée, une cuisine raffinée et délicieuse. Très beau séjour…👍👍👍👍👍

This was a fantastic hotel. Great service, great restaurant, modern, large room with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view. This would easily have been a 5-star review if not for the strong perfume smell throughout the hotel including in the room. Unfortunately they had just installed dispensers throughout the hotel that spritzed perfume at frequent intervals the week before our arrival. Hopefully we with time they will adjust to a more tolerable level of odour. Or even better remove them entirely. We had our balcony door open the whole time and still couldn’t escape the smell

Service is not good. Seems like the property is aging quickly. And what’s up with the stalled construction for nearly 4 years.

Room with 2 beds and no place to sit

Toujours aussi plaisant. Super accueil du personnel, belle plage et piscine. Seul bémol, les matelas sont beaucoup trop dur.
