Nice staff. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bathtub had no non-slip features.

Plently of parking and close to downtown to see the local shops. You are right next to the 1880 train depot, which offers a trainride to downtown Keystone. Rooms were very clean! Only negative is that from the 3 day stay there, 2 of the days the elevator was broken.

Quiet and clean

Spacious room with very comfortable beds.

I liked the big lobby with couches, tv and fireplace to hang out. Also it was nice to have the dining room to play games or bring something back to eat there. The pool , gym, game room in the lower level was a nice touch.

This is our 3rd time to this hotel and one of our favorites. Staff very nice rooms nice and clean. Only complaint is the pool towels are like sand paper.

I usually don’t stay in a Choice hotel, but this hotel fully lived up to its high ratings. It was very clean, the staff was warm and responsive, and the breakfast very good. We will definitely consider a Choice hotel in the future.

Good breakfast

Our room was in the basement, next to the pool. Not a lot of noise from the pool surprisingly but the cleaning crew dragged tables and chairs around late into the night over our heads. VERY NOISY

I contacted this property twice and Expedia contacted them once about my reservation. The times I called, I was promised a return call by end of business but they never called back. They clearly do not value their customers

Nice property. Google maps messed up. But we found it. Ian was friendly and very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was ok. Good options. Only issue with it is they really need to weed the front area entrance. Good selection of weeds. Also, just a note that it's in the hills so the driveways are very steep.

The employees were courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice size pool and large hot tub.

Clean facility. Updated nicely. Beds were a little too firm for my taste.
