Everything was clean and pleasing to the eye. Staff polite and helpful. Could use counter space in bathroom.

Great room, comfy bed, BUT, the breakfast buffet was almost a disaster. Ants EVERYWHERE on the counter where the food was. I understand it happens but when I directly point them out to the front counter and nothing was done about it even when first shift came back in to take over and still nothing was done about it, that's a problem.

Hallway and room smelled like smoke.

Convenient location with easy access. Noisy traffic at times. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Reasonable price. Room was a bit small.

The TV didn't work , it was extremely noisy, coffee was all they had in the breakfast nothing to eat.

I specifically booked a non-smoking room and yet when I got to my room it smelled like weed. The best the front desk could do was spray it down with some air freshener and tell me that the windows open.

Stay was good and I would stay there again. Room was clean and the bed was good. There was some ceiling damage from what appeared to be an old water leak over the coat rack area and one of the three lamps in the room did not work. This doesn’t speak well for regular maintenance but neither of these items impacted our stay. Room was quite large and everything worked that I needed to work.

The room was extremely tiny. There was no place to relax except for the bed. With the room being so tiny, the air conditioner blew straight onto the bed. The pillows were mushy and offered no support. The breakfast sausage had no flavor and neither did the bacon. The eggs were good. But the sausage gravy and biscuits had very little flavor. On the upside, parking was good. The counter staff was friendly and helpful.

I was expecting a lot more for the price. Needs significant upgrades but was clean. Rooms are very small. The biggest reason for the 1 star review is the staff. The card lock on the door did not work. Instead of attempting to fix it, the staff unlocked the door with the master key and walked off. No eye contact, no verbal acknowledgement, nothing. Would not stay here again. Rooms at Comfort Inn next door are very nice.

The room smelled really bad. Need to remove or clean carpet. There was large mold stain on the ceiling in the room. Breakfast was good. But room smelled really bad.

Very nice and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was small and fine. The smoke detector was off the wall and turned off so I assume someone smoked in the room. The hot water in the shower didn’t work. There was a ton ants in the room.
