Very nice place for spending time with friends. However, you should know that the onsen is closed from 9 to 11 am time fo checking out! On the other hand, you can't pay with a credit card...

Wow, absolutely wonderful , delicious taste and variety on the plate make me want to eat more especially salmon sashimi, but the wasabi needs more stronger taste; overall, though, I love every taste of the cuisine.

Amazing experience at Sensatei. The value for money is amazing especially the service from the exceptional staff. I felt we were very tired and demanding guests, asking lots of questions, being a bit dramatic after lots of traveling, but they were so patient, lovely and accommodating. The rooms definitely need a bit of revamp but that's the only thing I can possibly complain about. The view was amazing, over looking mountains and the river. I never got tired of it! The Onsen is fantastic as well. Over the 4 days we were there, i went 4 times! Worth the stay and will make the track from Australia again!

The most memorable breakfast I have ever had and I stayed in likes of Hyatt before. It’s been 2 years and it still lingers in my mind. Onsen was great, both in terms of water and design. Service was nice and polite, very helpful. As for rooms and building, the price is appropriate so no complaints there.

Amazing tatami rooms, incredible view from our room and a nice location. The onsen is incredible for its large space, perfect water temperature and quality, and beautiful design. There was only one English speaking staff during our stay but we had no problem with check-in and asking questions, everyone is very helpful and friendly! The room was warm when we got there and there are plenty of amenities available in the lounge to take to your room. Overall an incredibly unique experience and worth a stay!
