Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay.

Property was clean, renovated, and conveniently located near the freeway on our way to Hallstatt from Vienna.

Efficient room, very clean. The automated check in did not work. Frustrating. I prefer human interaction.

good simple clean, convenient location just off main raod to salzburg, rest. good local food, right on the street, so not romantic but a great sstop over between vienna airport ( 2 hs and salzburg, another 2 hrs.

Check-in automatico facile e veloce. L’hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione/ferrovia e a una strada molto trafficata, ma le stanze sono sorprendentemente insonorizzate: non si sente nessun rumore.!Attraversare la strada dal parcheggio all’ingresso dell’hotel è abbastanza pericoloso in assenza di strisce pedonali. Supermercato a pochi metri. Cucina/ristorante dell’hotel molto buona. Colazione scarsa. Il frigobar si spegne una volta tolta la chiave di attivazione della camera. Check-out poco chiaro e personale che parla solo tedesco (a parte un paio di camerieri con cui siamo riusciti a intenderci in inglese).

No reception for arrival on a Sunday so had a computerised check in which worked very well but prefer a human 👍

We stayed here when traveling to Hungary from the UK. The hotel was near the motorway & easy to find. Staff was pleasant & helpful. The room was really big & the bed was comfy. The only issue we had was the toilet smelt of cigarets which was coming through the vent. I brought some air freshener from Lidl (2min walk away) & that didn’t mask the smell

There was an aggressive and nevrotic old lady at the front desk. Our reservation and confirmation mail was clearly showing that we booked and paid for a quadriple room with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults and 1 child at the age of 12. All written and confirmed by hotels.com She does not speak English even one word and I asked help from other staff around who also totally ignored us. So forget about the multilingual staff lie! But the lady kept shouting and hitting his desk in terror and as I understood from her body language and her writing on sone pages showing us, she was asking extra money for the room and/or for the kid. She denied to show the mail confirmation which must have been sent to them also, and totally denied to read mine either. At the end of 15 minutes fight and yelling on us, she granted us a key and kept insulting in German behind us. I got the happenings on camera and I will send to my lawyer and sue the place if those words contain any discrimination and hate. It is unbelievable how these kind of people might be in hospitality business in Austria... Regarding the room; My bed had a heavy smell of human urinal, most probably previous guest peed to bed in his sleep or drunk. It was unbearable but also impossible for me to go down back to that woman and fight again, so I slept with my kids in other bed... Wifi was not working at all!! And final surprise is there were some clothes left at the wardrobe from the previous guest!! A hell corner!!!!!
