Motorbikes for rent at the hotel are only 35k/day, single bicycles are free. There is a free taxi to take you to eat or to the pier. Overall, the service is 10/10 points.

I forgot my phone charger and towel here, the hotel kept them for me, which was great. Besides, I was also able to leave my car at the hotel.

Stayed here for the second time after coming back from Nam Du before catching an early ferry to Phu Quoc the next morning. Perfect location right next to the ferry terminal, very friendly and helpful staff, big room with a comfortable bed and everything else which you might need. Free taxi transfer within Rach Gia, don't know any other hotel in this price category which offers that much!

Excellent hotel, especially if you have to catch a ferry to either Nam Du or Phu Quoc in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception with good command of English. Big clean room with a comfortable bed and balcony. Free taxi if you want to go anywhere in the town, bicycles available, gym and pool available in a different hotel in about 2 km distance. For those who like draft beer and snacks in a very pleasant atmosphere with helpful and supporting staff, I can highly recommend Ngan Quan, which is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Overall incredible good value for your money and I will stay here again when I come back from Nam Du!

Về phân sạch sẽ phòng thì khá ok, rất tốt nhưng khách sạn nên để trên mỗi phòng 1 bình đun siêu tốc thì sẽ tiện hơn ạ. Chỉ thiếu đúng cái này thôi tại khi muốn dùng mì gói này kia thì không có để dùng. Chứ phòng và dịch vụ thì rất là ok về tầm giá này nhé
