We had to check-in at the neighbouring hotel but that wasn't the end of the world. I didn't get "budget hotel" vibes from this place at all. It was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, luxurious bedding, lovely big windows, tea and coffee facilities. Even the dog had a bed and some bowls laid out. Very impressed and will indeed stay again when next passing through.

This is a very good budget hotel and an affordable alternative to more expensive hotels in/near the city centre of Lübeck. We had the family room with a sofa converted to a bed for our son. There is a quick and frequent bus connection to the city centre. Rooms are equipped with kettle and coffee/tea. The road next to hotel is busy, but there is good sound insulation and darkening through electric window shutters. Be aware that due to the low price there is no staffed reception, but electronic check-in and creation of the door cards. For problems, a nearby hotel reception can help.

The hotel was clean and the room, just what I needed. It was confusing checking in with the kiosk, especially since I prepaid through Expedia. There is a sign that directs people to check in at the hotel next door and the front desk staff were nice and professional.

I would recommend staying, the rooms are clean and with plenty of room. The one thing we didn't like is there is no attendant you have to go to the other hotel next door to register.

No information on how to check-in was shared beforehand. Get there, check-in system is broken and had to go to 4 seasons for checking in. Not a big deal but that could have been communicated beforehand. They also never replied to my message I sent them. Service rating? What service?

It was nice Area and clean place. But I do recommend if they put one fridge in the room.

No receptionist on the property, all digital

The pictures on this site were not really reflected in the actual room. The room was a small desk and a simple bed, and also naturally a toilet and a shower. The room was not filthy, but not exactly clean. There was only a partial covering of the window and outside is some sort of industrial site that was a little noisy from early morning on. It was fine for me as I just needed a place to rest for the night, but I probably wouldn't stay there long if I was visiting Lubeck.

The Check in was a bit confusing that you have to go to another building, and we chose a room with sofa bed specifically because we have a kid, but there was no bed lining for the sofa bed, so we had to call the reception to get it fixed. We stayed for two nights though they didn’t clean our room or empty the trash or exchange our towels at all even we did follow the instructions to throw them on the floor. We tried to call reception again to get some new towels, though give up after couldn’t reach them after couple of calls. Also in general we probably got the worst room, ground floor, right next to the smoking area and the big road, and the weather was so hot we had to leave the window open.

Good hotel to stop overnight for business. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Shower was great, bed comfy I was driving a large van so it was very useful that I could park easily

Nice hotel, great value for the money. If you need a place to spend the nigh and do not need a restaurant or other services, this place will be the best choice. Clean, renovated and nice rooms with lovely and cool bathroom, big screen tv and good beds.

Modern, clean and adequately equipped, but very compact room. My room was facing the back of the building so it was rather quiet. Check-in takes place in nearby Vier jahreszeiten hotel, less than a minute away. Location is quite off-centre, perhaps 15+min walk from the train station, but two local bus stops are nearby if needed. Overall, the accommodation standard was absolutely sufficient for me - if you don't mind the location, this is a much more reasonably priced option compared to hotels in the centre.

zero customer service no help at all

2 weeks ago I stayed in a Soviet-era hotel that hadn’t been done up since it was built in the 70’s. Think this place was worse 😂 No staff anywhere at all, you have to visit the neighbouring hotel if you need a member of staff which is appalling considering there’s no desk, my room was incredibly humid and hot and smelt like someone had smoked in there and a pretty poor job had been done to clean up! Coupled with the fact Expedia said this was a 20 min walk from the station (nope - 40 and I’m a fast walker) this was an almighty nope. Didn’t stay here in the end, the hotel next door sorted me out. Considering other, better kitted out hotels were available for €5 more, there’s really no excuse to have no staff around.

We went for the football at VfB Lubecks ground and the hotel was situated about 500 yards from it. Its a bit of walk from the town centre, 20 minutes but is also situated well for food outlets in need.

The room itself was spacious and very clean. Good hotel for business trip or town visit, if you just want to sleep there. The hotel has only self checking and no coffee shop or lounger staff on site - just bedrooms. Is located in an off town shopping quarter - but within 15 minute walking to city center. Parking available as part of partner hotel but not good information to get to know.

It was a nice place, and near enough to the city centre. There was not a cooler in the room, and I also would like a fridge, but overall, I am happy with the stay
