The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. It was close to the waterfront, 7/11, Plaza Merdeka Mall, and Indian Street Market. It was within walking distance. However, the cleanliness was very concerning: the toilets were dirty, the pipes leaked, the floors looked unsanitary, and the pillows smelled and were shabby.

The worst hotel in my life. the wall mouldy, the bad sheet scrathed. i arrived almost 11pm and have no choice to check out immediately. I cannot sleep and all my body itchy. Bathroom smells cat shit. Next day I check out and find another hotel. please don't book.

Super small room, it turns out the toilet outside is not like the photo. Very dirty, the bedsheets are full of hair and have not been changed, some are yellow, the receptionist was honest that the bedsheets have not been changed. Oh my, it's really bad😭. I only stayed for 1 night, then immediately moved hotels.

My recent stay at this hotel was lil disappointing. The room lacked proper cleanliness; There was noticeable dust on the furniture and bed. The bed was dirty, and I found hair on the sheets and the pillow have some stain. The 1st floor bathroom quite good. The 2nd bathroom so terrible and old. Need some maintenance. I know, it 's backpackers hotel but we really appreciate some cleanliness. The staff very helpful and friendly, really appreciate. Wifi connection 24 hours, and location in a very good areas full of delicious food and culture attraction. Overall, I believe this hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and maintenance can bring some satisfactory guest experience. I hope they address these issues for future guests.

Very close to the waterfront and Merdeka Plaza. Yesterday I stayed here because I ran out of hotels. For people who are looking for really budget accommodation, this is the solution. Ad family room for 4 people only 300+ per night.
