Good stay

Nice and modern room. Comfortable king size bed, sheets felt like new. Breakfast buffet available.

Everythig was good

Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!

It is a good deal but far from the center of Madrid.

The bed was super hard, not comfortable at all. The area itself was ok close to the metro. We had issues with the air conditioning unit as the room was always hot when we put the ac on it never cooled the room. Also the shower head did not stay position by itself so when you turned on the shower if the water was on to high it would spray. Overall 3/5

The hotel was ok, a little far from the center of Madrid but near the line 12 of the underground and 492 bus stop which take you a little near. Area is quiet and looks safe.
