Hotel needs renovation, carpets are dirty, cobwebs are present everywhere, some ceilings have holes. The hotel was old and not so pleasing to the eye despite it has some eye-catching chandeliers. Customer service is not really much, they will only attend to you if you need or ask them personally, if compared with other hotels with the same price range - customer service is far way behind. Breakfast buffet is good though.

The location is good near to restos and 24 hrs conveniece store. Food staff are very attentive and hospitable. Pool is clean and not crowded. Checking in/out is very smooth. Room is spacious but need some renovation. The guys having a repair next to our room is really annoying(3pm-4pm)

The resort is family-friendly. The staff are accommodating, the rooms are clean and the pool area is relaxing.
