Beautiful property in a great location.

Nice and central to everything

Srevice and facilities excellent. Hotel restaurant very mediocre

Booked the hotel based on the location and pictures. Indeed the hotel is located walkable to lively streets of quebec city, but the i do not like the room cleanliness. I could have been maintained better.

Very well placed! Nice hotel. Air conditioning stopped working after 1 night. Called room service to fix but no one showed up so it was hard to sleep with room being hot.

Great location, room was a little in the smaller side.

It was busy and the gentleman who helped us did not appear to be very happy or enjoy working with the public. With every question we asked, he told us to talk to concierge

Located in the heart of lower Quebec, with easy access to restaurants. A car was never needed.

Great place to stay! Just came back from a 3 night stay with my husband and two children ages 3 and 4. Very convenient location just steps to the wall of old Quebec. Big hotel rooms. Kitchenette was very handy. Pool was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel, staff, the room, the vibe, and the restaurant

Outer bathroom light didnt work. Service man was promptly sent. He adjusted the bulb but the light randomly continued to not work throughout our stay. Lack of face cloths and hand towels. There were 3 of us in the room and only 1 hand towel and 2 face cloths. We requested more and got them but the next day they were exchanged for 2 again.

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

My car got scratched iintentionally so badly with a key nside the parking lot and I only noticed it when I get to put a gas on the gas station. I parked it properly within the space. So sad the parking lot is so dark and there were no cameras around

Hôtels bien situé. Chambre spacieuse, propre mais vieillissante et démodé. Chambre quand même bien insonorisées. Dispendieux pour la qualité.

Great location

I liked the location, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! Staff were helpful and the pool area was so cool. Our room was very dusty but sheets looked clean and bed was comfortable

Great place to stay near everything Only thing is no outlet for phone by the bed.

Loved this place! This was a very fun stay. The balcony room is a must. The parking garage was very stressful to navigate as it’s very narrow but that’s the only con we experienced.

Old Quebec City is a great walking experience
