Everything was very close, could walk to restaurants and mall. Staff were very nice and helpful. Even though it is an older hotel we would recommend this place and would stay there again. Only strange thing, there is different price for whatever night you stayed. Room clean beds comfortable and good pillows. Parking was good we parked in the outside lot, no issues.

Excellent customer service

Indoor parking is perfectly accessible. But I would like to heighten the security between the garage and the entrance to the hotel . The heating system is quite low when it starts up, this can be fixed. The design of the accessible bathroom is user friendly, I enjoy that. Linens are well laundered .

Déjeuner un peu triste! Peu de nourriture, cela arrivait au compte goutte. Un seul membre du personnel pour faire le travail.

Il est bien situé, avec petit déjeuner parfait! Les chambres sont propres et avec une bonne insonorisation.

Clean functional room, furniture could use some refreshment. Breakfast is much improved from previous stay last year. Staff sends too many messages via Expedia though.

Rooms very outdated. Our room was in the basement and smelled very humid; almost like being inside an old rink. The breakfast area was nice and continental breakfast was okay. Free Underground parking was great and close to our room which was nice.

Stayed on night for a conference, and can’t complain about anything. Check-in was smooth, room was clean. Bed were comfy, breakfast was ok (it is not a huge buffet, but was more than enough for me). Gym was functional (it is very basic, but I was able to workout). I would stay again. For business, definitely booking it again.

Front desk staff were excellent and ready to help. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast. Very kind gentleman.

I'd say everything was very good except the breakfast. While adequate it was heavy on bread products. Cold hard cooked eggs not appealing. Oranges were good.Breakfast Room was clean & pleasant. Rooms were clean & beds very comfortable. Good parking. Great location to attand event at Laval.
