The breakfast was terrible. Cheap

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful and because we stayed longer than 2 days we were givern a free bus pass to use to to Old Quebec city. If you stay for about 3 days, be aware room will not be cleaned every day. Breakfast is a continental but good. There is a shopping centre across the road as well as restaurants. Be aware hotel is a bit out of downtown, hence the free bus pass.

Reading lights did not work, alarm clock did not work

Room right next to breakfast area and its fridge, very noisy.air conditioning held to wall with duck tape.

Very comfortable stay. Good location. I was concerned it was on a busy street, but room was very quiet. Breakfast was ok, very basic cereal, toast and doughnuts. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance. Median in street in front of hotel posed some challenges getting to hotel.

4 chambres nous ont été attribuées avant d’avoir un coffret de sûreté qui fonctionne mais toilette qui coule et près de la salle des machines donc très bruyant. 3 nuits, sans réparation de la toilette et non retour du gérant tel que demandé. Le service du petit déjeuner est toutefois impeccable.

Petit dejeuner tres pauvre , jamais vus dans un hotel pareil pas de venoiserie, pas d oeufs , pas de viande, fromage a prendre avec un couteau a la file , salle de bain avec une luminosité defectueuse pas capable de se raser avec ça , climatiseur qui faisait un gros bruit , nombre d oreiller limite 1 par personne , nombre de serviette limite, le gars pour le serbice de chambre est venue le jour ou on devais quitter a 10.00 heure pour nettoyer alors qu on avait le droit de rester jusqu à 11.00

Happy stay

Convenient hotel, easy to find. It is easy to go from the hotel to downtown and the old city.

Frigidaire ne fonctionne pas. Siège déchirer, Cadran défectueux. Bain très glissant, pas de chauffage dans salle de bain. Lampe briser tête de lit, Papier de toilette loin du cabinet . Impossible a atteindre sans se lever. Matin au déjeuner , demander au serveur a nous fournir le beurre de peanuts il nous explique qu'il doit le cacher. Pas d'info sur poste de TV . Merci!

Good location, nice stuff

Overall, it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were neat and clean. It was so comfortable. Even the morning breakfast had too many options. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and the rates are also affordable. everyone should stay in this hotel if they are visiting the Old Quebec city.
