Great Hotel for short stays and business stays

Clean rooms, nice staff, fast check in

Very good and effective service. A few of the hotel staff spoke good English and all staff tried to help where possible

It wasn't great because I got my room until 4pm, 1 hour past the checkin time

The staff was not helpful as I had to carry my own luggage. When I requested in the reception area if they had anyone helping the lady advised that they indeed had no one to help. Additionally they didn’t explain breakfast or how to use elevator with the key card. I do not recommend this place.

Really nice hotel, would’ve like for complimentary breakfast had more options and cooks were more professional and friendly. Reception ladies could be rude. Karla and Olivia gave great customer service. Very professional and friendly always had a smile.

Convenient for only a 1-2 nights max. The room is very small and the acoustics are terrible. The kitchen staff doesn’t have the capacity for the restaurant size. Breakfast can take up to 1 hr to get to your table.

Nice property, even though it’s on a busy road the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was really good including natural green juice. The checkk out is later than most hotels which was very convenient for our plans.

Close to Cuernavaca-Acapulco highway. Avoid traffic hours.
