Okay for Pekanbaru class, good

Great place for business trip accommodation.

Staff friendliness needs to be improved. For me, who always rides Gojek motorbikes everywhere, it would be better if motorbikes were allowed to go up to the lobby. It's quite a ride up if motorbikes aren't allowed. Gojek motorbikes only take hotel guests with luggage.

The room was full of black ants, how could a room like that in a Novotel? Plus, the breakfast wasn't very good.
