Overall a decent hotel for the money. The room, while tiny was adequate for my needs and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was included for free, but there wasn't much to choose from although at this price point it's better than absolutely nothing. There's a FamilyMart just across the street which is very convenient. The ferry terminal is only a 10 minute walk away as is most of the restaurants and izakayas. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room had a small fridge which was handy and the air conditioner worked fine(thank god). One annoying thing was that the cold water from the tap was never actually cold, so if you want cold water buy it from the FamilyMart across the street. I would recommend this hotel and happily stay again.

A room at a Super Hotel, a chain with high standard for a very reasonable price is a sure bet. The room are small (12 m2) but the confort compare well with more expensive hotels. At the ishigaki hotel, the location is very convenient and I enjoyed a late check out (12 pm) for an extra 1,100 yen.

Had everything we needed, the front desk staff were very nice. The housekeeping was good. I liked that you could grab extra pillows if you wanted from the lobby.

Good location, convenient to shopping and dinning places while it's quiet to stay away from crowd. Room a bit small, but with all basic amenities satisfied my need.

It was a great stay. The rooms are small, but they are clean. The location is perfect for seeing the downtown area. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic, but sufficient. No wifi in the rooms and because of the concrete construction cell reception (Softbank) wasn't that great in the room.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and delicious free breakfast. I will stay with this hotel once I travel to Ishigaki again.

Unfortunately this is one of those business hotels that illegally require foreigners to give them their residence card so they can make a copy (to give it to the Japanese police). ONLY foreign tourists have to provide the passport according to Japanese law. Foreigners with a permanent residence in Japan should NOT be asked to show their residence card, and even worse, to let them copy it. It is a huge violation of my privacy rights and it is against the law.

Location is good. Hotel is simple yet comfortable. It's good for budget travel.

Overall we had a good stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Suzuki was great at giving us some useful tourist information.

Excellent location, but parking are a couple of blocks away, disastrous during cold rain. The bed are somewhat old. Air are not so fresh either but they have in room air filter.

Staff are helpful and friendly, especially one of them speaks good English. However, the room is super small...can only organise your luggage along the narrowed corridor...

Good location, but small and dark room

Good location. very close to shopping arcade and restaurants area and there is a good size convenience store next door. The room was tidy, clean but little small when you compare to similar grade (price range) hotels in the area.

立地が良く何かと便利。 フリーのシークワーサージュースが美味しかった。 朝食もそれなりで、満足度の高いホテルだと思う。

宿泊だけであれば、清潔で快適に過ごせます

４Ｆの部屋でしたがシャワーがチョロチョロだったのだけ残念でした。あとは快適でした。また石垣島に行くときは利用したいと思う。

スタッフさんの人柄、対応がとても良かった 施設自体は古めだけど、部屋の清掃も行き届いているし、立地も繁華街に近く便利

観光地の繁華街なので、夜間の治安に不安を感じました。

フロントの対応はとても丁寧で、立地も良く、石垣港周辺のアクセスも申し分ないです。 ただ、設備の老朽化が目立ち、お安く連泊するには良いかも知れませんが、リゾートイメージだと少し違うかも知れません。
