Everyone is super kind and goes out of their way to help. Centrally located to shopping and food. The staff recommended lots of great places to shop and eat based on what we wanted. WiFi can be spotty. It was nice to be right in the center of everything. We happened to be there right at the beginning of June when the surrounding towns came in to celebrate the month with music and dances. Highly recommend.

Great location! Very helpful staff, and very friendly too. Breakfast was OK, but we were limited to one egg per guest.The only problem was that almost everyone in our group struggled with getting hot water to shower at one time or more (poor water pressure too). And the Internet, despite having four separate available networks, was a continuous problem. If these are important to you, you might question using this Hotel. If not, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Rooms clean. Staf, Marie e Jessica eran exceptional. Breakfast were very basic. The hotel inside is very cold. Our room was very small for 2 persons. One queenbed. The hotel . outdated. Close to nicecrestaurants and plaza de armas

This was a hotel a few blocks from the main square so it was quiet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that concerned me was the taxi that they called for me. He was was late and he was on his phone while driving to the airport. It made us very nervous as we thought he may have an accident. Very unprofessional.

Rustic hotel in outstanding location. Rooms are basic but spacious. Powerful hot showers and quality linen and blankets the pluses. Wifi worked but was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast provided was basic with very limited options.

Wonderful property. I will stay there again. Very nice clean rooms. Decent size. There are many rooms together so they don’t have a nice ambience. As far as getting together. Breakfast was average, but I would stay here again.

This property is located right in the central plaza, making it easy to walk to shops, stores, churches, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful whenever we had a question. Special thanks to Yeshika, Karina, and Mary.

Clean room, hospitable, nice staff

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic. I tried to arrange transportation from airport but it took many days to get a response and then they didn’t see my response to confirm the request. It ended up being cheaper for me to do it on my own

Excellent service and hospitality! Staff really care about your well-being and your stay. Especially with altitude aclimatization here in Cuzco! 5 stars from me! It's a historic hotel site, so it is as original as the site can be. Not too many luxuries. But it is clean, and the staff is friendly and caring.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and cozy. But the WiFi is very weak.

The staff at Yabar are incredibly welcoming and kind, the location is conveniently close to everything and easily accessible by foot. I highly suggest checking out Yabar.

Plaza is close by, food and shopping is also at a walking distance. Great location! The rooms and beds were very small. Plumbing in the restroom was horrible, very bad odor.

There were bed bugs and the smell was disgusting. The front desk man was horrible and not in any way helpful. They refused to give me my money back after literally confirming that there were bed bugs in my bed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My room smelled of Sewage but unfortunately rooms are full and unable to transfer
