The location is right next to St. Peter's Basilica. The place is pleasant, feels like being in a small Roman village. Unfortunately, it is a bit difficult to reach if you are not familiar with the area and the operating hours are not appropriate because they close earlier than they should for check in. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is quite large. The breakfast is quite complete and there are many menu choices so it is not boring.

The floor condition of the room is very dirty and dusty. On the second day we stayed in the room heater and the water heater died from night and evening. Breakfast provided in the form of snacks from a vending machine is not a breakfast menu in general.
