The room was nice. The only problem was that the TV and cable channels seemed out of sync, resulting in choppy and laggy video.

It 's a great hotel but the facility not all wheelchair accessible. So if you're a wheelchair user, you could as for help and the services are amazing.

Nhân viên gõ cửa chỉ để tặng hộp mứt nhỏ bằng nắm tay, không thấy khách ra thì tự mở cửa vào. Cảm thấy rất phiền!

Một kỳ nghỉ vô cùng tuyệt vời dù chỉ là staycation. Khách sạn chuẩn bị vô cùng chu đáo và còn chuẩn bị cả belated birthday gift cho tôi. Phòng ốc vô cùng ấn tượng nhất là không gian bồn tắm nơi mà bạn có thể enjoy được cảnh vật và ánh nắng khi đang ngâm mình thư giãn Vô cùng xứng đáng khi đặt phòng tại đây Cảm ơn đội ngũ Reservation đến FO và HK, bạn Quyên - lễ tân; bạn Xuân - Reservation officer!

There is no car parking space, guests are willing to park elsewhere. But the attitude of the security guard when guiding is quite strange, not enthusiastic and still have an attitude

Great atmosphere. Staffs friendly staffs. Room is well decorated, bed is very comfy, and there are enough lightings in the room. Walking distance to Benh Thanh Market.

Everything here is great. Really very good value for money for a vacation. Although going on a holiday, the price is not too expensive. Will be back in the nearest day hihi!!!

No drinking water, called at 21:00 to call for mineral water, the front desk replied that the hotel's restaurant was closed. So no water. Book the master room so you can't put a bottle of mineral water. Very bad

The hotel is so beautiful, the outside and the inside look completely different, the hotel does not have a car park, you have to change the parking lot 1km away, and from the 8th floor, sometimes you can hear the sound of a dog crying somewhere =)))
