Room was small for 2 people with 2 luggage. Please provide some personal cosmetic care amenities.

Great service at the reception

何故か喫煙室だったので辛かったですが、朝食や大浴場が良かったです。

It was not in a very good location.

Nice, new hotel. The room was fairly small but that wasn't a problem. It was really clean and the free coffee machine in the lobby was good. Decent breakfast too.

Nice hotel, good value for stay in Ise Shi.. Have inhouse onsen and expresso coffee. Breakfast inluded include hot meals which is unusual.

I like my stay at Route Inn in Ise. If given the chance to come back, i will stay again in this accommodation. Staff are all nice and facilities are great. A supermarket is just right across.

The photo of the room and the actual room does not match, which was disappointing. The photo showed a western style room in Modern Japanese aesthetics. However, the actual room is a tiny tatami room with a very small bed, and no space for a suitcase. The air conditioner kept on turning off through the night, letting the room get hot, making sleeping difficult.

室内が綺麗、お風呂が広くゆったりとできました。 朝食も種類が豊富で大満足でした。

チェックイン後部屋に入ると枕に知らない人のチ〇毛がついていました… もう1つの枕は無事だっのでそちらを使用しましたが、正直ゾッとしてしまいました。

フロント、レストランスタッフの丁寧な対応。 清潔で設備の行き届いた部屋など安心して利用できる良いホテルです。

周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もあり便利。 伊勢神宮にも近く次回もぜひ利用したい

朝食付きはとてもありがたいです。 チェックアウトの際に、カードキーを返却するだけなので手間が省けました。

スタッフの応対が良かったです

お風呂の脱衣所に入るまで鍵がないことに気づき、カードキー、腕時計など、心配になりながら入りました。 脱衣所の中に貴重品を入れるボックスがあればいいなーと思いました。

朝食が充実していた。 お風呂も大浴場があり良かった。 近くに食事をする場所も多くあり、立地条件が良かった。

自然豊かで、虫の音にいやされました。 お風呂も清潔だし、夕食のレストランも美味しく、朝食も美味しかったです！ ただ、冷蔵庫がひえない。クーラーの効きが悪いので、寝苦しかったのが残念でした

目の前に大きいスーパーがあり、買い物に便利でした。

客室のエアコンの匂いが気になり、空気清浄機をつけようとしたが、作動しなかった。
