I booked 2 rooms for myself and my colleague. One of the rooms was not available when we checked in, although it was at 9 PM. I had stayed in this hotel many times in the past abf it was excellent. They apparently changed ownership and brand, to something called Spectrums. The management is terrible, customer service does not exist. Honestly, this is the last time i would book in this hotel, and if I had known that the brand has changed, i wouldn't have booked in it.
