Good personnel services. But we can not say the same about the quality of the food and the fourniture. For such a price it should be more better than that. Need to improve to guarantee the good reputation of the hotel

I've been at this hotel for one day. The hotel looks nice and is not too terrible, but the service at dinner was very slow. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, but the waitstaff took their time to serve us. When we tried to talk to them, they seemed to ignore us, and it felt intentional. I'm disappointed because my dad is diabetic and couldn’t afford to wait like this.

This is the worst hotel I've been to. You will spend 15 minutes every time you want to enter your room because the card never work properly. I stayed only one night and after that I've been to the djenane Malek hotel next to it wich is half price less and much better.

The hotel has a great comfy design. Rooms are very clean, as well as all facilities. Food doesn't taste bad in the restaurant. The view against the oasis and palm trees is something to enjoy. One thing worth mentioning is that if you don't speak French, forget about proper communication with staff. Food is average if not below at some times.

We received a very bad treatment, we have been given rooms with no air conditioning that felt like bunkers. 5 rooms all the same with same issue and the reception didn’t care to fix or solve the situation, leaving us to our own destiny. We thought about sleeping along the swimming pool and at 2 am after insisting very hard they decided to give us a suite room with AC and fit all of us 5 in it with two mattresses on the floor. The rooms they firstly gave us were at 40° C. Insane. Fridges also weren’t working.
