Beach amazing, location perfect. We arrived late. Everyone friendly and we parked on road for free. Everything safe!

The hotel was terrible, dirty about nothing in it and the staff they were rude not willing to help in any aspect. I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!

The photos on the website did not really relate to the room we stayed in, it says that all rooms have a patio or outside balcony. Our room only had a window and we were facing other accommodation and the room was very noisy you could hear everything in the corridors. Only one spare plug socket which isn’t terrible but could have done with two. Bathroom very outdated with a very old shower head. Was ok for the price you pay but I think it was false advertising regarding the room

Great stay

Basic hotel but very clean with fantastic staff. Bring your own toiletries, the supplied ones were tiny sachets and barely lasted a shower for one person. I would stay again if the price was right. No English tv channels but why should they?

Stayed for 2 nights. A very clean, comfortable and well run hotel. Situated in a side street just a few metres from the sea front of Lo Pagan. We would stay again.

Very good location, near the beach and sea promenade, cafes. Attentive staff. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and were able to park our car in front of the hotel. I'll come back.

This is a lovely little hotel in an ideal position for beach, dining & walking. The manager is ultra helpful. But, and it’s a big but the hotel is opposite a building site!! Work began at 7am & continued through the day - except for siesta. The noise was heard on the beach as well as in the rooms. Our balcony looked onto the site. It’s a great shame - we would return in a heartbeat if the building work was finished!

Great location , room was OK , but said sea view room , yes i had sea view but was side view and hotel need to say side view in future.

A pleasant property that is conveniently located. The manager was very helpful arranging airport transportation. Good WiFi, A/C, and shower.

Hotel is close to the beach, about 20m. Convenient to everything in Lo Pagan. Is a bit dated, however, everything is clean and in good order. Staff are pleasent and helpful. The air con was great, especially as touching on 40C. Can't comment on food as didn't eat in. Would suggest that if can afford book room with a balcony.

The location and the staff ⁷was exelent but the hotel was in a bit of a time warp ,needs updating

Nice hotel great location but beware if you come home late. We had to knock for ages on the glass door (no bell) to get in.
