Hotel is old and executive level is not very good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MS Milenium Monterrey, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning decor—especially the beautiful Christmas decorations that created a warm and festive atmosphere. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was nothing short of amazing! There was a delightful variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start my day. After a long day of business meetings, I truly appreciated the great lounge area where I could wind down and relax. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a drink and reflect on the day. Overall, my experience at MS Milenium Monterrey was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful amenities made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

We loved this hotel, it was our option after a really bad experience with other hotel here in san pedro. My husband was very impressed with the service and the hospitality

La comida no es buena ni el acceso a ella , de desayuno el bufete está carísimo y no está rico y si pides a la carta te dicen que se tardarán mucho tiempo. En mi habitación la puerta del baño no cerraba y habia muy mala iluminación . Las personas que atienden sobre todo afuera son excelentes! Pendientes de los Uber que llegaban y de la atención hacia nosotros.

Not enough washcloths, hand towels. No bottle water or drinks in the room.

The doors for the rooms are not even and everything seems very old especially the locks on the rooms.
