Beautiful property

Some Horrible food items. Especially for such a high end hotel. The Monte Cristo was made cheap and like a kids sandwich. The "grilled chicken" was hardly that. It was remicrowaved frozen chicken that barely looked grilled and was thin chewy peices. You could actually hear the food being chewed because it was so gummy. Otherwise... Great rooms. Good drinks. All the nice spa amenities are separate, surprise! Staff service was good. Who wants to spend a night at a nice place and not be able to eat the food tho?

Arrived at 5:30 am. We asked to leave our luggage at front desk personnel. Clerk took our luggage and placed them in a private room. We came back at 6:00 from calvillo ags. When I opened my personal luggage I noticed my dolce & habana sunglasses were missing from the new box. I asked the manager about what happened but he said to me that all personal are very honest. After that I didn’t say anything because of the intimidation. Definitely not coming back or any of my family. I booked two rooms and also, 4 other families were in this hotel because of a wedding. I just didn’t want any trouble with anybody of the stuff and I let that go. I have my sunglasses receipt from Nordstrom $370 dollars. Not fair to lose thst money. To me receptionist was responsible for my luggage since they had it for more than 12 hours before we got to the hotel.

En general es un buen hotel. Lamentablemente nada extraordinario para el precio que pagas. Durante la estancia no sirvió la T.V.

It was a beautiful hotel nice and clean. The only thing its far from everything and it feels to be in the middle of nowhere besides that everything was great.

when we first arrived we had a few hiccups with our room not being ready for us. management more than made up for this. the room was nice and very comfortable. both the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean. the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis as well. the location is beautiful. the restaurant food was excellent with surprisingly good prices. the staff was very helpful and nice. we will rebook here soon!

Este lugar dista mucho de ser un hotel, mucho menos boutique. Esto es una especie de motel de paso disfrazado. Viejo, sucio, rodeado de construcciones y ruido. El personal no tiene idea como abrir un voucher para consumos futuros. La habitacion muy sucia, muebles viejos. Las fotos son engañosas. Jamas volveria

Muy bien sus instalaciones, excelente servicio en el comedor, están ampliando el hotel pero no hubo ruido molesto, un poco alejado pero cerca del lugar de la comida a la que fuimos, gracias

El internet no funciona en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la alberca techada tiene costo extra y por cierto tiempo únicamente

Nos hospedamos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas planeando hacer uso del spa, pero no nos dieron un espacio, nos quedamos sin usar el spa y sin poder cancelar nuestra estancia por su inconveniente política de cancelación. La propiedad anuncia dos albercas, una al aire libre y otra al interior. No anuncia que la alberca al interior es con costo extra, y tampoco nos dejaron reservar la alberca al interior porque “no había lugares” pero nosotros notamos muy solo el hotel. En la alberca al aire libre hay lama, se ve algo sucia y nos salió una rana. La atención en el restaurante puede mejorar, empezando con la presentación de los empleados, se ven sin ganas y en sus celulares. Los cuartos están lindos y muy limpios.

Si dan el servicios q sirva todo el jacuzzi sin funcionar y no se diga la habitación con cabellos en la puerta d vidrio pegado asqueroso dormimos con asco el internet en la TV fatal a nuestra manera la pasamos bien

Precila alberca fría y sucia, la habitación un poco vieja, el personal no es muy amable
