There's a smell coming from pipes, you'll need to keep the toilet seat covered. The way you have to transfer to a different elevator get to the parking or outside is inconvenient. Also can't get the elevator to the parking without the receptionist's card. Breakfast was good.

Restaurants are spaced out for not so many choice dinning, but the hotel had a good restaurant with great food and reasonable priced food.

Este es un muy buen hotel que está conectado con el hospital ABC de Santa Fe. La ubicación es muy conveniente, es muy limpio y con muy buen mantenimiento. Todo el staff es muy amable y busca solucionar las necesidades de los huéspedes. Tienen desayuno bufet pequeño pero muy bueno pues aunque pequeño, tienen de todo. Lo único donde les falla bastante es el el servicio y atención del personal del restaurante pues no son acomedidos ni serviciales. Todo lo demás es EXCELENTE!!

Very nice, but a couple of issues. Hotel was kept rather cold, and it was difficult to control temperature in the room. But otherwise the room was very well equipped, with microwave, fridge etc. very comfortable as a whole. Food was a bit hit and miss. Some served rather cold and not terribly exciting.

We have stayed at this property ij the past, never had a a better time, staff is very friendly and professional, facilities are exceptional, 24 hrs front desk always, i really enjoyed my stays here.

I have a very good sense of smell. I could tell they cleaned urine somewhere in the room, but there was still a sutil but very annoying and disgusting smell residue only noticeable from certain parts of the room.

Best hotel in Santa Fe

It’s a good hotel with friendly staff and good buffet breakfast, all the staff was helpful and nice, I was there with my mom because was near the hospital and the sales manager Nina Reyes was really helpful and kind same for Natalia an Jane the staff in the breakfast buffet and waitresses were very friendly and respectful the food it’s really good because goes beyond the usual menu you have in other hotels they have a lot options and is good menu compared to others hotels with the breakfast it’s included its clean and comfortable my only complaint was one of the elevator not working while my whole stay an the noise from construction or renovation I’m not sure what was happening about that but again Nina Reyes and the other staff was very helpful thank you
