These people will only hold your confirmed reservation if someone else doesn't try to reserve a dive tour and suggest the property can make more money. They canceled our reservation after a dive group tried to reserve well after or confirmed booking was made. These people are painfully dishonest and should be avoided on moral grounds alone. There are better places to stay with more decent people. In their reply they mention that people make mistakes. Okay. I get that. Then, you tell the group that came in 9 months after our reservation and tell them that part of their group will not be able to stay at the resort. You don't tell someone you confirmed a reservation with that they are cancelled. Yes, they told me 10 months in advance. The island is just about fully booked out 10 months in advance and I still don't know if I can find a place to stay. I have booked all other parts of this trip including a part in Tonga I had to reserve 2 years in advance. I have paid for flights into and out of Taveuni. This is assuming I have a place to stay in Taveuni with a 'confirmed reservation' from this horrible place. Again, do not trust these people. They will burn you the second it isn't convenient for them or if they think they can make more money off someone else.

We went well beyond our usual budget limits for this holiday and it did not disappoint. An absolute gem of a place to stay, beautiful surroundings, wananavu food, wonderful friendly staff and great snorkelling on the house reef. We love wildlife and as well as the great snorkelling there were interesting birds, lizards, butterflies and spiders in the beautifully kept grounds.

We stopped in for lunch while checking out the southern part of the island. The welcome we got was warmer and friendlier than anywhere we have been in Fiji so far. Everyone was so nice and offered us to use all of their facilities even though we only had lunch. Lunch was good and very reasonably priced. We asked about snorkelling in the area and took them up on the suggestion of going off their pier, which was also amazing! I hope we’ll be back go stay sometime.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Paradise Taveuni — it truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, beautifully maintained grounds, and warm, welcoming staff. The dive operation was top-notch, with knowledgeable guides and incredible sites just a short boat ride away

We were lucky to spend a few days at Paradise Resort in Taveuni, and from the moment we arrived we were looked after exceptionally well. The resort itself is stunning, right on the water, and the staff are warm and friendly. Highlights for us were the Lomi Lomi massage, snorkelling the house reef, the romantic dinner on Bula Bula Point, and of course the amazing rooms with the beautiful lava-stone outdoor shower. This is a very special place and great memories were made.
