The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were clean. We here given one room with no hot water then asked to moved to another room that also had no hot water. There are no extras in the room: wash clothes, soap, or shampoo, There were two towels and two bottles of water. The soda was very nice. The food was good!

Some obstacles with showers and more but stuff very nice!!!! Food good as well so won’t complain

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. We ordered two lobster dinners and were served shrimp. When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson. Then she came back and said they could correct only one plate. I said, "how is that reasonable? We ordered two lobster plates and got shrimp. Why wouldn't you correct both?" It was a big to do and by the time I got my dinner, I had lost my appetite. Both the shrimp and lobster were over cooked.

Was just a stop over night so we could go white water rafting in the morning

We arrived very late at night and they were ready and waiting to accommodate us and direct us to our room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We only stayed a very short time and we’re not able to check out the pool or anything else but I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Traffic noise was awful

Nice basic hotel. Friendly staff, nice restaurant with reasonable prices. When I stayed here, the Heredia futbol club was here, as well as a motorcycle club, so there was quite a commotion. The hotel has a separate bar/ nightclub, and it was packed with very loud music. Fun place, nice staff.

Spend the night only. Cheap place to spend the night and get a great breakfast for a low price. Most employees are not bilingual.

Esta ubicado sobre la carretera hacia el caribe, a una hora de Puerto Limón. El desayuno es muy bueno y los precios del restaurante son aceptables. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda.
