Laundry service wasn’t available. Hotel was under repair. Staff apologised. Any food I had there was substandard and cold. Seemed that I was the only guest for the first 4 days. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’m surprised that the Grand Luxor was aiming to partner with the Marriott chain. No, I won’t be returning.

No good out of season. Refurb going on, restaurant is terrible now. Bar a joke. Avoid

Dissapointed that there is building work going on at the hotel and we were woken up around 0700 loading / unloading skips.

The food was not good

Was a bit far out from Benidorm, if you gad children it would be great through the summer, it gas a big theme park at the back of the hotel.

This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced.

Everything was was excellent apart from 2 things The Breakfast, fruit and continental were OK. But the cooked breakfast was well below par. No proper sausage, bacon was all fat very low quality, eggs always undercooked, beans cold and low quality. Tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in garlic??? The pool areas not maintained and not cleaned daily. Broken wine glasses left under sunbeds for 5 days. Unacceptable really.

Great stay, really enjoyed the hotel and its brilliant facilities. The staff in the restaurant are absolutely amazing and very friendly. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely hotel, only thing it’s lacking is a shop nearby and the food for dinner time is expensive and not the best but overall a lovely stay

Very spacious and comfortable room Plenty of variety at breakfast and always being refilled. All staff friendly and pleasant. Fantastic hotel in quiet location but quick access into Terra Mítica. Only disappointment was with Expedia … We booked an ocean view room but were given a Mountain View … spoke to an agent who was no use at saying we’d booked a Mountain View . We had no confirmation from Expedia that we had a Mountain View or I would have contacted before the holiday.

Nice hotel. Solid 4 stars. Pros: Theme park access is a very nice perk. Large room Nice pools Parking underground Freshly squeeze Orange juice for breakfast Cons: Spa not open until January Nothing around the hotel (walking distance) apart from theme park The pull out sofa bed is terrible and hard to sleep on Had a few housekeeping issues which were never resolved

Lovely hotel next to theme park. We stayed in deluxe room very good size for family of 4 huge balcony free bottled water every day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area. Only downside no shop Nearby and 10 minute taxi to any restaurants or nightlife. Great value for money with unlimited theme park water park and sealife park tickets included. Would stay again

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, exceptionally clean and a lovely environment to be in. The staff were all amazing. The pools are great for relaxing and play. The theme park Terra Mitica is literally next door and you get free access as a guest of the hotel which is amazing. The park has enough for younger kids who cant go on the larger rides. My son is 5 and had a blast. You also get free access to Aqualandia and Mundomar which are a water park and a zoo in Benidorm, about 15 euros in a taxi from the hotel. My only concern was how out of the way it was for convenience items as there are no shops in the hotel or close by. The breakfast buffet had a large selection to suit everyone. The bar had good snacks for a quick dinner, i recommend the 4 cheese pizza. Overall a great hotel with loads to do and we would like to return.

Good quality hotel (like Holiday Inn / Hilton). Large stylish rooms with good size balcony. Rooms have either theme park, pool / garden or sea view Good quality buffet dinner and breakfast with wide choice. Good range or meat, fish, fruit, salad, yoghurt and ice cream. Large free underground parking Out of town location so a car is needed to get to Benidorm or around the area Recommend
