The hotel was great! We especially loved Rodrigo at the front door!

The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant food was great, especially the breakfast buffet and the fresh inlets, but the wait staff was not equally as good. They seemed bothered by any request. The pool was not usable. It was dirty with dead bugs floating on the surface. We didn’t see a single person in the pool during our entire visit. The location was close enough to town but we would stay somewhere else if we came back. There are a bunch of boutique hotels outside of town with beautiful ocean views that we would look into next time.

Staff was very nice. Wife and I traveled with 2 teenage kids and the suite with 2 roll aways was the best way for us to stay (kids choice bunks only for kids up to 10). The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. P Delgada is convenient to highway if you want to go East or West for activities.

Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful they were all so awesome with the kids. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!

Stayed my first 3 days in Sao Miguel at Octant for our honeymoon & it was amazing! The staff is super helpful and sweet. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back:)

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained making everything enjoyable experience what truly stood out was the staff every team member I encountered was welcoming, friendly and genuine committed to provided outstanding service. The hotel was in an excellent location, with a stunning view of the sea. The rooms were tidy and clean, and especially the staff was friendly and eager to help with any request. At breakfast, there was everything you need in the restaurant that faces the sea. In summary, an excellent hotel that is definitely recommended.

Nice hotel just off of the main road. Located across from where boats dock and cruise ships come into harbor. About a 15 minute walk to the town center. Convenient if you are seeing the island by a car. Self parking available and very convenient. Great breakfast. Go early for a window seat. Great bar on the 7th floor with views of the ocean. I skipped the spa as there is a capacity limit and they suggest you make a reservation. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Comfy bed. Room darkening shades. My only negative: the walls are a little too thin. Able to hear noises pretty easily. Otherwise a nice stay.

Delicious breakfast included. Best sangria at the rooftop bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Convenient location to restaurants and shops.

Excellent location. Beautful views. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful and accomodating. Wonderful spa. You have to book in advance. I would suggest that they open more hours to accomodate everyone. Highly recommend. Compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling in Portugal, it was a little higher. I would still stay there again.
