The service and staff in this property are excellent in this price. The staffs are very nice. All others are very good for this price range.

Very friendly staff. Nice extras like complementary mini bar, water ices and bikes. Fan in room but a/c would have been much better on the hot summer day we stayed. Great location and breakfast options. Would stay again.

Very convenient location for the palace and the university. Staff was very helpful and the room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff serving were very considerate and friendly. In-room complimentary snacks were varied and delicious

Central location. Clean and tidy. Excellent shower. But room a bit basic and old for the price.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The location allowed for easy access to plenty of restaurants.

The staff was wonderful and very supportive. The property and room furniture needs to upgraded/renovated. I would not rate the facility as four star. The staff is definitely 5 star!

Public parking was close. Hotel is right next to police station, city center, botanical gardens, and museum/palace. Heart of down town. Lots of good food around the area. Property staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. Gnats (small flying bugs) near fruit in breakfast area was not pleasant.

We chose Hotel Kaiserhof because we thought it would be only a couple of blocks from the Christmas market. Wrong. More like 40 feet. Service was outstanding, everyone was kind, informative and spoke excellent English. The room turned out to be a suite. Fairly spacious, modern and comfortable once these Floridians figured out the controls for hot water heat. Breakfast was the typical lavish German breakfast spread, plenty of everything. But the best part was the Christkindelmarkt, a totally different vibe from the international tourist town atmosphere of Strasbourg and Colmar. This was friendly, all local, not very big but a strong focus on local handmade products. Oh, and good festival food. And Gluehwein. And elaborately decorated stalls. And an appearance by Weinachtsmann himself, on a sleigh riding on twin cables 20 meters up! The kids loved it, including quite a few of the 70-year-old kids. A great experience!

Friendly and great team, perfect location, nice and clean rooms

Nice property, they also had complimentary drinks and snack in the room. Good breakfast included. A bit dark in the room as the windows were small with no view / ability to let in light.

The room was very comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty with many options. The palace was at walking distance and we the subway was pretty much outside the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in clean and spa ious rooms. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful. The only negative about our stay was bugs in breakfast area. I hope hotel finds a way to remove those bugs from breakfast area to make it perfect.
