Everything was perfect. I’m pretty sure this is one or the best experience I’ve ever had as a guest in a hotel/ryokan.

I loved everything about the Yufuin Bettei Itsuki. The staff had amazing service. We stayed in the Sakura room and it was perfect. The 2 onsens were so great. We added on the Kaiseki breakfast and dinner and everything was so delicious! I hope to stay here again in the future.

The room is maintained in pretty good condition. Staff is nice, food is good. Love it.

Overall not bad but not excellent! Bed mattresses are needed to upgrade.

Room is great and outdoor onsen in the room is great! Just some areas in the room interior needs a bit of touch up! Breakfast is awesome too!

The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The private onsen is amazing. We booked half board and was very thankful that they were willing to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Our recent stay was exceptional. The accommodations were very comfortable, and all amenities were meticulously maintained. The onsen and all restrooms were spotless clean, and the services provided were of the highest quality.

The hotel is a bit far from station if you are travelling with large luggage, but the good news are , arranging taxi to the hotel is pretty easy . Rooms are superb, have chosen a smaller room out of all the room option but it’s still way bigger than the one that I have last time in ito. Staff has get the whole room sprayed , so I am so pleased that the whole room is out of bug!

Everything was top notch. The rooms were large, clean, well equipped. The most amazing thing was definitely the food, was by far the best I’ve had in Yufuin after traveling here for more than 10 years. There were onsen inside your room, two infact, one indoor and one outdoor. Note there are no public bath

My husband and I had an incredible time visiting such a special place as a part of our honeymoon. The food is the best food we have ever been served at a ryokan. The chef is so incredible at creating unique and innovative kaiseki by bringing in flavors outside of those found in traditional Japanese set dinners. Eating at Bettei Itsuki transformed and redefined what we thought kaiseki could be. Additionally, the staff here truly go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. We were met with kindness for everything and truly felt taken care of during our stay. Irina was an incredible hostess during our meals, and every member of the staff was so professional.

Nice location and quiet. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room needs upgrading to accommodate the requirements.
