We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back, great hotel beautifully decorated, breakfast was amazing we didnt stay for dinner but wished we had as it smelt amazing and the choices are plentiful 5 stars from us

Rooms are a little small but restaurant and bar area is spacious, sports on the big TV and nice staff providing good service and a good quality and affordable evening food menu

Business trip overnight. Nice rooms , TV was Smart with apps. New bathroom was lovely but Smart tap is rubbish with no temp control. Breakfast was served but too many beans. Well connect for travel.

The hotel was beautifully, warm exquisite decor. Going up to the hotel, which seems to be surrounded by a housing estate, you really are not expecting such a delightful place. Had the weather been better we would have appreciated the well maintained gardens more, wonderfully lit up at night. The wide range of drinks at the bar was inviting. The evening meal was a taste sensation and the staff were extremely pleasant. The room was inviting, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a beautiful self service and the full breakfast was cooked to our perfection. Beautiful hotel. Only down side no lift to 2nd floor.

Had a lovely one night stay

We were in the outdoor cabin number 2 and there was no hot water. The duty manager came and tried his best to get into the boiler cupboard but the lock was on the wrong way. At this point we were told to see the GM at 7am as there was nothing else he could do and no other rooms
